Does CCSP certification really have such great power? Maybe it is the mistaken concept of the certification that contributes to such unpractical expectations.
In fact, certification exams such as Cisco 642-515 is to test the candidates’ knowledge about some software, logic and the ability to solve the problem, however, virtually all the clients and employees expect rich experience and skills from you. You know that certification exams can not increase your work experience.
In addition, 642-515 mainly concerns with technical skills. However, you can not succeed in the IT industry just relying on skills. Therefore, in order to be successful in the IT industry, you not only need to master certain skills, but also need more other knowledge like interpersonal relationship, negotiation skills, teamwork and so on.
