For the certification helders, salary is increasing with the more and more experiences. For example: In America, the average salary of employees who have CCNA certificate for 8 or 9 years old is 66000 dollars a year. In general, passing the CCNA Certificate is helpful to increase one’s payment. According to the research, the annual salary of CCNA Certificate holders is 4% higher than the ones who don’t have. Among the six thousand and five hundred interviewees, twenty percents of people increase their salary by virtue of certificates, and another fifty percents of people doesn’t change their salary. Last year, some of the surveyed employers said, they were willing to pay additional salary for employees’ certain technical skills (including Cisco, Cisco and other certificates of technical fields).
