Real Knowledge Comes from Practice in Acquiring Cisco Others

posted in Cisco Certification |

We may envy those professionals for their professional knowledge and skills in the IT field but what we may don’t know is their constant practice accompanied with long-term theory study. A paper certificate, sometimes weigh much more than we think. IT training seems to have been most efficient and direct way to foster a pool of IT professionals, which can be seen from the past years.

We may wonder whether such school-based training is really useful or not. We may as well say software development is more like art than like scientific technology because the key to success is practice with accumulated experience instead of just solid foundation and hard work. You may think that a 642-591 certificate is sufficient to represent your ability but it is not true. It is not necessarily representative of your ability to develop a complete set of useful rules and procedures. IT training can help IT professionals broaden their knowledge as well as create a substantial amount of salaries. In recent years the fact that IT vendors have put more emphasis on professional certification has told us such certificates as Cisco Others are to a large extent helpful in job hunting.

Training and certification have been regarded as an important element for many companies to select IT talents since the economy has started to recover. According to an employee in the IT profession, there is an increasing competition along with many more opportunities. It is a craze that people have been all fond of professional certification like Cisco but it is also indication of its role in increasing salary. It is no exaggeration that you may get your salary increased by 20% merely for such words as “network” in your resume. It is attributed to the fact that there has been an increasing role of network security so that both public sectors and private enterprises have paid much attention on attracting more IT talents.

When it comes to which certification to take, it should be based on such factors as the skill and aim of the job hunters and the feasibility of training. Again, theories in books or certificates are nothing except when you put them into practice.
